Natursutten

As the number of children I’ve had has increased, so has my knowledge of all things baby. As a first time mom, the world of baby products is really overwhelming and people make you think you “need it all.” Now that I’m more seasoned, the amount of products I think are needed have decreased, but the quality of those select products has increased. I’ve researched high quality products that I plan on using for this baby, and one of the brands I am most excited about trying is Natursutten. This company was founded by a mom of three who wanted to create non-toxic and all natural products and share the importance of using them with other parents. As y’all know, I have a weakness for companies that are founded by mothers because I feel that they have the most hands-on experience for what we really need. When I talked with the company about reviewing their products, I was beyond excited that I was being sent all of them for our baby to use!  I have the teether, pacifiers, and glass bottles for our sweet little one, and I am really excited to use natural rubber this go around. By using natural rubber, the company eliminated the protein that can provoke a latex allergy, other allergy causing substances, artificial color, cancer causing substances, hormone disturbing substances, chemical softeners and parabens, PVC and phthalates.

Finding Natursutten has provided me great comfort this pregnancy especially because I used latex pacifiers, bottles and teethers with Nolan and Harper. I wish that I had known of this company from the beginning, and I could have skipped exposing them to the chemicals that I did.

The teether toy is such a great product to have because your baby will get to a point where he or she wants to gnaw on everything. Finding a teether that is free of bisphenol-A (BPA), phthalate, PVC, lead, nitrosamine and other harmful chemicals is almost unheard of. The Natursutten teether is in the shape of a starfish which makes it easy for your baby to hold on to and the textured tips are for soothing gums!

Nolan took a pacifier for a few months and Harper never cared for hers. I honestly think that they had trouble because they wanted something that felt more natural like my breast. Natursutten made their pacifiers with soft material and it has several advantages! The natural rubber follows baby’s natural mouth movements, doesn’t leave marks on their face, and is really strong so they won’t bite through them! Did I mention that the rubber is 100% natural and bio-degradable? Way to go green, mamas!

The last Natursutten product that I am excited about using with this baby is their glass baby bottles! They use borosilicate glass, made in France, that is dishwasher-safe and thermal shock-resistant so you can boil or freeze them without cracking. The rubber nipple has a natural softness that creates a similar experience for the baby as they are breastfeeding. I have a lot of friends that have experienced trouble trying to get their breastfed baby to take a bottle and I’ve heard so much positive feedback about these bottles! The anti-colic double-valve ensures a more even milkflow, preventing colic and gas. And all parts are free of BPA and other harmful chemicals that can leach from plastic bottles! Using these bottles are a no-brainer in my book! I only wish I found about them sooner.

I have fallen in love with the Natursutten company halfway through my pregnancy and I am excited to use their products with our third baby! Each product has great reviews and also has your babies best interest in mind. I think researching products that you are going to use for yourself and your baby is really important so head over to their website and see for yourself how awesome everything is!

Hi! I really wish to use these products, but I can’t seem to find a place in Montreal (Canada) that sells them.
Do you know by any chance where I could find them?

    Thank you!
