How Our Pack and Play Makes Life Easier

To say that we love summer is a BIG understatement. My kids and I live and breathe summer. I know that the heat is something that takes getting used to but honestly, we go to the pool or the beach everyday (and we even have a kiddie pool for them to cool off in whenever they want) so it doesn’t bother us that much. I would take a hot and humid day any day over freezing cold rain and no sun. Nolan learned how to swim last summer and Harper has been working on her moves every day at the pool this year. She gets so excited when we practice and I love seeing her face light up when we do! For these reasons alone, our Guava Family Lotus Travel Crib has been a lifesaver.

I’ve never used a travel crib with Nolan or Harper so this was a new product for me. As a seasoned mom, I thought that I had it all figured out but boy was I wrong! This has been a lifesaver! I use it so much these days because Scarlet Reese is into everything. We can’t really barricade the stairs that go to the second story of our house so I always sit her in this when I am transferring laundry or doing something with the other two kids and it has helped SO much. Anything that you can think of that she could get into, she does. Including the toilet bowl, ughhh… so life is really interesting right now to say the least, ha!

Since we go to the pool every day, I take this with us and use it out there. Most times, I stick it in the shade with a little fan and she naps in it while I play with the older two or I sit her in it with a few toys while I help Harper practice her swimming. She doesn’t fuss (hardly anyway) about hanging out in it and I love the ease of having it when I need it. I love that the Guava Family Travel Crib has a zippered side door, is safety certified, only takes 15 seconds to set-up, has breathable clear view mesh (perfect for the summers) and is made with no flame retardants. I am taking this on our family vacation to the beach with her Dock-A-Tot so that she can nap in peace in our room without me fearing that she will fall off the bed.

Regardless of what your daily life looks like, when you have a mobile baby on the loose, this Guava Family Travel Crib is a great help! I think that its a great investment and is actually on sale right now. You can purchase via the Guava Family website.
