    Harper’s Dollies

If you’re an avid follower of my blog, you know that I try to take the kids to play separately and together in their rooms during the week. We don’t really use our upstairs yet, but I wanted them to each have their own space personalized for them. The past few months, I have seen Harper’s wheels start turning more than normal. She is forming an imagination and loves to play with her dolls especially! I keep them in her room, except for one that is always with her, so she has her own space for them. Most of her dolls come from Amelia’s Kisses, a mom-run business (y’all know…

    Natursutten

As the number of children I’ve had has increased, so has my knowledge of all things baby. As a first time mom, the world of baby products is really overwhelming and people make you think you “need it all.” Now that I’m more seasoned, the amount of products I think are needed have decreased, but the quality of those select products has increased. I’ve researched high quality products that I plan on using for this baby, and one of the brands I am most excited about trying is Natursutten. This company was founded by a mom of three who wanted to create non-toxic and all natural products and share the importance…

    Mommy and Harper Time

dress | jean shirt | bangles | Harper’s doll We’ve been living life more simply the past two weeks because a cold has knocked us down and out. We headed out this past weekend to get some fresh air and do some family activities, and our time together was much appreciated! Harper has been attached to me even more so since she’s been sick, and she has had to have her new dolly in tow whenever we are. I love being there for her and giving her extra loving, but having her dolly around helps as well. She snuggles her really tightly and loves on her when I’m not holding…

    Afternoon Play

Y’all, I am so sorry that I haven’t blogged but this week has been pure craziness. I’ve been fighting off a sinus cold with Harper, had a pregnancy migraine for three whole days, my mom came to visit, we had tornado warnings and my kids have been couped up inside all week! I’ve tried to keep them entertained with activities but my pregnant self is worn out. At the end of every day, we head into the playroom to read and enjoy a sweet treat. This is my way of spoiling them after putting up with me all day long and not going to crazy being cooped up. I love…

    Skechers for Kids

The weather finally warmed up enough for us to spend some time outside. Us Southerners don’t like anything lower than 60s, and I hate to say it’s been all the way down in the 30s lately. I was dying to stretch my legs, and every day Nolan asks to take a walk and walk Darlin’ (my 9-year-old Maltese that’s gained a few extra LBs), so the warmer weather was our sign to head outdoors! We went to the park where they could run around and I could get some exercise in, and the kids finally got the chance to try out their new Skechers sneakers. I have worked with Skechers before, and…
