    #TakeTheJob

Something that I am very open about is how much my life has changed since I decided to “take the job.” For those of you that have no clue what I am referring too, here’s the scoop. I am a very stubborn person and I always feel like my choices are the best. This is something that I constantly work on and try to get better about on the daily. Before I started working with Beautycounter, I set myself up for failure by telling myself the typical responses that I hear from others on why I just couldn’t join as a consultant. “I don’t know that many people.” “I am…

From mattresses to plastic bags, there’s always a way to reduce your toxic load in some way. Hello Monday!

top | shorts | shoes Hello Monday, it’s nice to see you again… said no one ever! BLAH! I hate the beginning of the week after a long weekend, don’t ya’ll? I always get so spoiled not having to tend to the kids every waking second because Daddy is home with us. It’s also fun to be able to say “hey, I’m going to nap!” at any random point of the day. #winning All jokes aside, I am still pregnant and just hit 40 weeks in my pregnancy. My husband and I both agree that this pregnancy has FLOWN by up until this point. Why is that? The rush, rush,…

Mom Truths While 39 Weeks Pregnant + My Minimal Makeup Routine

Hey ya’ll! I know that my blog posts have been really sporadic lately but I am TRYING to get back into a groove. This point of my pregnancies are always really difficult for me physically and mentally so I haven’t really felt up to doing much work wise. I am so thankful for the ability to work my own hours it’s not even funny. I don’t think that I could manage a regular 9 to 5 at this point. It is sweltering hot here in South Carolina which has posed a problem since we do not have access to a pool and my husband nor my midwife want me traveling…
